"Two close friends skirting the edge of becoming more than friends, two sisters trying to find the right guy, and a married couple trying to add spice to their sex life. Chris Caswell, Zach Counsil and Celine Filion play them all with aplomb, crossing genders and interweaving plotlines with ease as they navigate through blind dates, speed dating, and the cryptic acronyms of personal ads. Bring a friend and get coffee with them after." find it here

Les Buzz - Montreal Seek out Seeking... A modern day comedy of manners (with more than a nod to Oscar Wilde) about what might go on behind the personal ads. Three actors sometimes switch gender roles, heightening the complexities and anxieties of searching for connection. Alternatively funny, bawdy, and poignant, with smart writing and excellent performances. We highly recommend it.
I saw Seeking on its opening night and loved it. The stories are interwoven not unlike a Robert Altman film but it's funny! Sometimes racy, always compelling it's a thrill to see how the actors will transform into the next character. If I lived closer I would see it a 2nd time. (I live in the States) Good times!
If see nothing else, see this show! Of the four shows I saw this past weekend, this one blew the others out of the water! In a stratosphere of its own! The acting was spot on; within the first 10 minutes I cared so deeply for each of the characters. Witty, intelligent writing carried out to the very best of its potential by talented cross-gender performances and believable situations of love/lust/hope. I'd date any of you anytime!
Funny and sweet! I saw the opening performance last night and was really impressed. I laughed pretty consistently throughout the show and I would describe their best jokes as "brilliant". It was also very touching; they know how to tug at your heartstrings at just the right moment. Each couple/potential couple was lovable in their own way and I was rooting for them to succeed. Great writing. Great acting. See the show! Warm-hearted kinky play Great actors who build wonderful characters in such a short time. It's great to see how comitted to the action they make you feel--sometimes you feel like you're right up there on stage with them! Makes me wanna put an ad on Craigslist: "Fantastic warm-hearted (yet kinky) play seeks romantic audience for short tryst. Come quickly! (Not tooo quickly!) --laughs legally guaranteed."
